①软骨与骨性支架重建（建立稳定骨架根基）
Reconstruction of Cartilaginous and Skeletal Framework (Establish a Stable Skeletal Foundation).
矫正鼻中隔偏斜、鼻小柱短小后缩、患侧鼻翼塌陷；采用自体肋软骨搭建稳固的鼻部中轴支撑，从根源纠正骨架歪斜，为鼻子提供长期稳定支撑。
Correct deviation of the nasal septum, short and retracted columella, and collapse of the affected alar. Autologous costal cartilage is applied to build a stable central nasal support, rectifying skeletal deviation at its source and providing long-term stable support for the nose.

②软组织与口周肌肉力学平衡复位（解除畸形牵拉）.
Mechanical Balance Repositioning of Soft Tissues and Perioral Muscles (Release Deforming Traction).
唇裂患者口轮匝肌错位，持续牵拉鼻底、鼻翼，是术后畸形复发的主要诱因。术中松解异常牵拉的唇鼻肌肉环及疤痕；组织缺损严重时，搭配Abbe皮瓣、黏膜瓣及游离移植修复缺损，消除持续拉扯应力，重建口周动态平衡张力带。

Malpositioned orbicularis oris muscle in patients with cleft lip continuously pulls the nasal base and alae nasi, which constitutes the main trigger for postoperative recurrence of deformity. Intraoperatively, abnormally tethered lip-nasal muscular rings and scars are released. In cases of severe tissue defects, Abbe flaps, mucosal flaps and free grafts are adopted for defect repair, so as to eliminate persistent tensile stress and reconstruct the dynamic balanced tension band around the mouth.

③ 鼻腔通气功能+外观美学动态重建（兼顾功能与自然美感）。

修复鼻瓣狭窄，改善鼻塞通气障碍；同步矫正鼻孔不对称、鼻底凹陷。
